Geoff is a former international 2nd Row, with 29 caps for England. He is now a World Class coach, formerly Forwards coach for Australia, he is now Head Coach of Leicester Tigers, finishing in the top 4 after his 1st season. Geoff has always interrogated how to get the most out of himself and now other teams physically, whilst being the best possible at rugby.

Understanding what is required in the eyes of Head Coaches / Directors of Rugby re. the physical program is crucial for alignment and an optimal relationship with arguably the most important person.

For season 25/26 we had the pleasure of sessions with Premiership Winner, Phil Dowson (Northampton Saints), and Top14 4th placed Paul Gustard (Stade Francais)
