Al has been Director of Rugby at Sale Sharks for the last 5 years, of these seasons Sale have made the semi-finals in the English premiership 4 times, prior to this they hadn’t finished in the top 4 since 2006.

Al is a brilliant DOR and personality, constantly thinking how his team can be better and working closely with his performance team.
