Previously Dan was Head of S&C for Gloucester Rugby for 8 years and was at Leinster Rugby for 10 years, as Head Academy S&C working with multiple future Irish international players and 4 years as Head of Fitness winning the Heineken Cup.

His specific role has focused on maximizing the work-rate of a team that has always prided themselves and emphasized their conditioning levels.
