Jamie has currently won 110 caps for England, been on 3 British & Irish Lions Tours, and 311 appearances for Saracens. He has a vast of experience on physical preparation to perform at his best, and a real understanding of what that takes. Throughout a long career many methods have come his way, and it will be fascinating to hear his perspective.

Players perspectives of S&C are sometimes underestimated, not asked for, or disregarded.

This session will be with highly experienced top club & international players on their experiences of how S&C has helped their careers, what of S&Cs they have appreciated or not, their perception of the demands of the game etc
