Allan has just finished 7 seasons as Head of Performance for Toulouse, the giants of European rugby, being part of x5 Top14 Titles and x2 European. Previously, he was with Wasps, London Irish and Bath Rugby. 

Allan will be presenting on his learnings, reflections, what worked, what didn't, and the pillars he stands by when coaching and leading physical departments with these different teams, players, and cultures.
